The New Audi Q5 SUV

UNLEASH THE FUTURE OF SUV

The Perfect Alliance of Elegant Design and Advanced Technology

The new Audi Q5, an SUV that embodies both innovation and tradition, enters its third generation with a bang. Since its launch over 15 years ago, this model has become one of Europe's most popular SUVs, standing out for its versatility and distinctive design. Today, Audi unveils an even more refined and dynamic Q5, ready to conquer the market once again.

Technical and aesthetic evolution

Under the direction of Gernot Döllner, CEO of AUDI AG, the new edition of the Q5 marks a significant milestone in the evolution of Audi's combustion engines. Indeed, the Q5 is now equipped with efficient engines, supported by MHEV plus (Mild Hybrid Electric Vehicle) technology, guaranteeing enhanced performance while reducing emissions. It is also the first model to be built on the Premium Platform Combustion (PPC), a platform that enables Audi to create vehicles with state-of-the-art technical standards.

Design for everyday use

The Audi Q5 isn't just beautiful; it's also designed to be practical. Its spacious, modular interior meets the needs of modern families, with a sliding, folding rear seat that allows space to be adapted to suit passengers or luggage volume. The exterior design is distinguished by its clean, dynamic lines. The single-frame grille, sculpted headlamps and chrome elements underline the SUV's sporty character, giving it an imposing presence on the road.

Technology and comfort on board

Inside, Audi focuses on user-oriented design with the “Digital Stage”, a set of high-resolution screens, including the Audi virtual cockpit and a touch-sensitive MMI screen. This digital dashboard is both intuitive and aesthetically integrated, offering a seamless user experience. In addition, dynamic ambient lighting adds a touch of sophistication, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere, especially when driving at night.

Audi also offers a wide range of personalization options for the Q5. With up to eleven exterior colors available, and a variety of high-end interior finishes, every owner can configure his or her vehicle to suit his or her tastes. When it comes to safety, the Q5 makes no compromises. The new digital OLED taillights not only improve visibility but also introduce interactive elements, communicating with other road users in the event of danger.

Performance

Under the hood, the new Q5 offers a range of powertrains combining power and efficiency. The internal combustion engines, supported by MHEV technology, deliver between 204 and 286 hp, depending on version. The 50 TDI quattro version, for example, accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 5.9 seconds, while maintaining moderate fuel consumption thanks to the mild hybrid system. The Q5 is also available in a plug-in hybrid version, with an electric range of up to 62 km in the WLTP cycle, offering an environmentally-friendly alternative for daily commuting.

The new Q5 has been on the market since the end of 2023, with a starting price of around 55,000 euros for entry-level versions. The most powerful and equipped versions, such as the 50 TDI quattro model or the plug-in hybrid, can exceed 70,000 euros. Audi also offers a wide range of personalization options and technology packages, enabling customers to configure their vehicle to their specific needs and preferences.
